1. Ensure that the orifices nozzle seat and sand pipe jacket working face are clean and free of dust;
2. First install the orifices nozzle to test the straight line of water column, and then install the sand pipe;
3. Debug with low-pressure sand free water until the ejected water column is straight without scattering, which proves that the sand pipe is concentric with the orifices nozzle before normal cutting and pressurization.

For reference only, the working life of nozzle is determined according to the pressure of each machine, the working time of starting the machine, what the cutting material is and how thick the cutting material is.Waterjet cutting head orifices also has 0.17mm, 0,25mm, 0.30mm, 0.33mm, 0.50mm ect and supports customization.
