This series of high-pressure axial piston pumps is a new product independently developed by Shaoyang Vick Hydraulic Co., Ltd. with 40 years of hydraulic pump technology and experience, and has obtained three patents. It is a major revolution for the CY14-1B series of high-pressure axial piston pumps. It is not only an updated product of CY14-1B, but also can replace some imported products.
There are two installation forms for this pump. The original CY14-1B user can directly use the SY - * CY14-1EL model pump. New users can use a bell mounted pump with a short shaft extension and two installation slots, model SY - * CY14-1E. Adopting a bell shaped installation not only avoids the trouble of adjusting the bracket, but also shortens the axial installation size, making installation and disassembly more convenient.

Precautions for use:
★ This pump has two installation forms. The original CY14-1B user can directly install and use it, and the model is SY - * CY14-1EL; New users, it is recommended to choose a short shaft extension structure, model SY - * CY14-1E, as the axial installation size of the short shaft extension is relatively short.
★ The rotation of the pump should always be clockwise (viewed from the drive shaft end), and counterclockwise rotation should be marked with the letter F after the model.
★ The pump and drive motor are connected by elastic couplings, with a coaxiality of (⊙ 0.07) and a perpendicularity of (Å 0.07) to the mounting surface of the bracket.
★ This pump has a certain self priming ability and can be installed on top of the oil tank, with a suction height of no more than 0.5m; However, for pumps with a flow rate greater than 160L/min, it is recommended to use backflow self priming.
★ Before the second start of the pump, clean hydraulic oil must be filled into the pump casing through the oil drain port, otherwise it cannot be started.
★ The oil pump discharge pressure should not exceed 0.05Mpa and should be returned directly to the oil tank as much as possible.
When using a new pump, replace the clean hydraulic oil; During use, regularly check the cleanliness of the oil and replace the hydraulic oil regularly to improve the service life and efficiency of the oil pump.
