1. Ensure that the orifices nozzle seat and sand pipe jacket working face are clean and free of dust;
2. First install the gem nozzle to test the straight line of water column, and then install the sand pipe;
3. Debug with low-pressure sand free water until the ejected water column is straight without scattering, which proves that the sand pipe is concentric with the gem nozzle before normal cutting and pressurization.
Describe waterjet Ruby Orifices:
Waterjet cutting head orifices material is high-quality material from Germany and the United States. Under normal pressure, the machine pressure is less than 320 MPa, and the working life of orifices is about 130 hours; When the machine pressure is greater than 320 MPa and less than 380 MPa, the working life of orifices is about 100 hours; When the machine pressure is 420 MPa, the working life of orifices is about 60 hours.
For reference only, the working life of nozzle is determined according to the pressure of each machine, the working time of starting the machine, what the cutting material is and how thick the cutting material is.Waterjet cutting head orifices also has 0.17mm, 0,25mm, 0.30mm, 0.33mm, 0.50mm ect and supports customization.
