Reminder:
1.Installation steps of sand pipe:
1. Ensure that the orifices nozzle seat and sand pipe jacket working face are clean and free of dust;
2. First install the gem nozzle to test the straight line of water column, and then install the sand pipe;
3. Debug with low-pressure sand free water until the ejected water column is straight without scattering, which proves that the sand pipe is concentric with the gem nozzle before normal cutting and pressurization;
4. After using the sand tube for 10-20 hours, please rotate the sand tube 120 degrees.
Describe waterjet Nozzles:
Waterjet cutting head Nozzle material is high-quality tungsten steel imported from Germany and the United States. Under normal pressure, the machine pressure is less than 320 MPa, and the working life of nozzle is about 200 hours; When the machine pressure is greater than 320 MPa and less than 380 MPa, the working life of nozzle is about 150 hours; When the machine pressure is 420 MPa, the working life of nozzle is about 120 hours.
