Waterjet gem orifice is the critical jewel component installed in the waterjet cutting head. It concentrates ultra-high pressure water into a fine, consistent water jet to start the abrasive cutting process.
We offer a full range of gem orifice options: ruby orifice, sapphire orifice and diamond orifice, covering various bore sizes for different cutting requirements.

All our gem orifices are precision drilled and inspected under high magnification. They maintain a smooth inner hole surface under ultra-high pressure up to 60,000 psi (420 MPa). These gem orifices are direct replacement parts, perfectly compatible with OMAX, KMT, Flow and other major waterjet cutting systems.
